    Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible to invest in BFG Investments Fund?

BFG Investments Fund is a private fund and is not offered to the general public. Participation is subject to legal and jurisdictional eligibility, due diligence, relevant subscription documents and minimum-investment rules. In Labuan, private-fund eligibility may be based on either not more than 50 investors each making a first-time investment of at least RM250,000 (or equivalent), or any number of investors each making a first-time investment of at least RM500,000 (or equivalent), subject to applicable law. The Fund’s internal initial-subscription policy may impose a higher minimum.

    What is the investment focus?

The Fund has a broad multi-strategy mandate. Its proposed near-term emphasis includes long-duration private-market opportunities in financial infrastructure, payments, regulated digital markets, technology and related operating businesses, alongside other permitted investments.

    Are returns or liquidity guaranteed?

No. Private-market investments can be illiquid and may take many years to realise. Investors can lose part or all of their capital. There are no guaranteed distributions, fixed annual yields or quarterly withdrawal rights. Rights are governed exclusively by the current operative Information Memorandum and share terms.

    What reporting do investors receive?

Reporting arrangements are set out in the operative Information Memorandum and subscription terms. Eligible investors receive the official documents and updates applicable to their holding.

What is the minimum investment amount?

Minimum investment thresholds are governed by Labuan private-fund rules and the Fund’s internal subscription policy, which may impose a higher minimum. Please contact investor relations for current requirements.

How do I request fund information?
